We will use the first floor of Dejima Messe Nagasaki as the meeting venue.
It is next to the West Exit (Inasa Exit) of JR Nagasaki Station. (See Google map)

From Airports to Nagasaki City
Nagasaki city is located in the northwest coast of Kyushu Island.
When going to Nagasaki from overseas, five airports are available in japan. They are Narita International Airport (NRT), Tokyo International Airport (HND), Chubu Centrair International Airport (NGO), Kansai International Airport (KIX), and Fukuoka Airport (FUK).
You can transfer from them to Nagasaki Airport (NGS).
From Nagasaki Airport to Nagasaki Sta. (Expressway Bus Reservation Center: Google map) near JR Nagasaki Station, take the Airport Limousine Bus (Dejima Road via). It takes 43 minutes. The bus departs from platform 5. (See "To Nagasaki" and Bus Platform)
